These terms apply when you use www.wodlete.co.uk or buy from WoDLETE® through this website. For questions about an order or these terms, email hello@wodlete.co.uk.

Products and orders. We sell apparel and accessories, including items printed to order. Product descriptions, available sizes, prices and delivery charges are shown before checkout. Please check your order and any personalisation carefully. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If we cannot supply an item, or find an obvious pricing or listing error, we will contact you. You may cancel and receive a refund if you have already paid.

Prices and payment. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is processed using the methods offered at checkout. Discount codes are subject to the conditions stated with each offer.

Made-to-order and personalised items. Much of our apparel is printed after you order to reduce waste. Being made to order alone does not automatically remove your cancellation rights. Goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you, such as a garment printed with a name or unique design you supplied, are generally excluded from the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right. Your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described still apply.

Delivery. Delivery options, charges and estimated times are shown at checkout or in our delivery information. Please contact us promptly if an order is delayed, missing or damaged. Risk in goods passes to you when you, or someone you nominate, takes physical possession of them.

Returns and cancellation. Our Returns page explains our 30-day change-of-mind policy and how to return eligible items. For eligible online purchases, you also have a statutory 14-day cancellation right from the day after you receive the goods, subject to legal exceptions. Email hello@wodlete.co.uk to tell us you wish to cancel or return an item. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.

Website content. Please use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its security or operation. WoDLETE® names, logos, photographs and other site content belong to us or their respective rights holders. We may update the site and these terms; changes will not retrospectively alter an order already accepted.

Privacy. We use personal information to handle orders, enquiries and site services as explained in our Privacy Policy. Marketing is subject to your choices and applicable law. UK data protection law includes the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, as amended.
