We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return period from the day your order is delivered for eligible items bought directly from www.wodlete.co.uk. Tell us you want to return an item at norep@wodlete.co.uk, then send it back within 30 days of delivery to:

Please include your order number. For a change-of-mind return, items should be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. You may inspect an item as you would in a shop; we may make a lawful deduction if handling beyond that has reduced its value. Unless we agreed otherwise, you pay the direct cost of sending a change-of-mind return to us. We recommend using a tracked service.

Personalised items. Items made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you, such as a garment printed with your name or a unique design you supplied, cannot normally be returned because you changed your mind. A standard design printed after you order is not necessarily personalised for this purpose. The exception does not affect your rights if the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Hygiene items and gift cards. A sealed item unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons may lose its change-of-mind cancellation right if you unseal it after delivery. Gift card cancellation rights depend on how the card is supplied and used; contact us if you wish to cancel one. Neither rule removes your rights where the goods or service are faulty or misdescribed.

Statutory cancellation. For eligible online goods, you can cancel from the time you order until 14 days after the day you receive them. Tell us clearly by email within that period, then return the goods within a further 14 days. We will refund the item price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option we offered, where the law requires it, within the statutory timeframe. Our 30-day policy gives you additional time for eligible change-of-mind returns.

Problems with an order. If something is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, email norep@wodlete.co.uk with your order number and a description of the problem. We will deal with it under your statutory consumer rights and cover reasonable return costs where required. The 30-day change-of-mind conditions do not restrict those rights.
