Whether you’re hitting the trails or grinding it out in the gym, TrailWoD builds the endurance, agility, and strength that real-world athletes need.

How to Get Started:


1. Start slow. Trail running is about effort, not pace.



2. Gear up right. Supportive shoes, moisture-wicking layers, and lightweight hydration gear are key.



3. Add TrailWoD into your week. Alternate days between trail runs and TrailWoD sessions to build strength and durability.
