Obstacle Course Racing is a competitive sport where participants run through a set course scattered with physical challenges. These could include crawling under barbed wire, scaling walls, carrying heavy sandbags, swinging from monkey bars, or wading through ice-cold water.


Races vary in distance and difficulty—from short 5K sprints with 15 obstacles to brutal ultra-endurance events that can stretch over 20km and beyond.
